Harem Scarem / Highfield Band CDs
Price range: £10.00 through £20.00
Description
The ground-breaking, genre-defying first and second albums from the joyfully non-conformist collective of Eilidh Shaw, Ross Martin, Sarah McFadyen, Inge Thomson and Nuala Kennedy. These albums were thought to have been squirrelled away by their uber-fans of the day but, lo-and-behold, some have turned up in the Vertical Records ether, and are now bona-fide collector’s items!
Also making an appearance were a few of the 2nd Highfield Band CDs – a dance band like no other, playing all the best old tunes. Featuring Eilidh & Sarah again, with Russell Hunter and Simon Bradley making up the four fiddles section; Eilidh’s mum and dad on piano and accordion respectively; and Steven MacInnes on drums.
On sale here for the bargain price of £1o for 1, £15 for 2, or £20 for three!
